Well, I gotta admit this much. The product is improving. But I don't see much less of a WWE influence.

Test knows about the wellness program. The Knox/Kelly storyline does nothing more than make me wonder, when the hell is this guy gonna get kicked to the curb? Sandman beating up sports entertainment is… once again, Sandman beating up sports entertainment. Nothing special. Big Show has put up a couple of great ECW Championship main events in a row, and the coming of Fertig, CM Punk, and Shannon Moore promises to at least bring something to the table. But none of the many inscripts of WWE influence on the program have completely disappeared.

I rescind my earlier opinion. Sakuya is no longer more extreme than the new ECW. However, I still say the new ECW has a long way to go.

Didn't mind ECW did this week and it is improving every week. We have the first ECW fued started between Sandman and Knox which makes sense because of what both stand for. Flair really laid it on the line against Big Show and even got a "thankyou Flair" chant for his effort. Test looks very impressive like he knows he's got alot to prove or something. Sabu did his usual spots which eventually will get boring against jobber incredible. The Candace and Kelly Kelly dance did more harm then good for Kelly. She looked out of place like it was a girl who didn't know what to do dancing with an experienced woman. I can't see them two dancing again.

The next time I see Kelly I want her canned by Sandman for looking like a stupid twat (thank you to all from england with providing me with my new favorite insult!) when she dances it's not remotely sexy at all like a sober stripper.

Very much looking forward to seeing Show vs Taker but too bad Khali will probably interfere. I'm keeping my fingers crossed this guy meets the same fate as Mizark Henry.

I doubt Khali will get injured but im afraid hes gonna injure someone else, I honestly think he'll kill someone because he'll perform a move wrong, i guess thats why they have his moveset limited to, a boot, a chop, and a chokeslam!

That would be awesome!! Lets start a petition for Vince to bring back Lesnar(which everybody wants anyway)and have him F5 that idiot Khali through a table making sure we never see him on WWE tv again. If that fails have Batista do the same with a Batista bomb, just somebody get rid of Khali!! Note: I dont think its that WWE only allows Khali to use a chop, a headbutt and a boot i think its that these are the only moves the talentless idiot knows. Anyway on to ECW, i agree the product has improved steadilly every week and i was amazed by how good the Show/Naitch match was, Big Show has really found his niche in ECW. The problem is to may WWE guys on the shows but i understand this has to be done because the ECW roster is so thin and of course it didnt help when the top 2 guys got themselves suspended for a month!! If i were Vince i would quickly look to get the likes of Test, CM Punk and Shannon Moore over and maybe look to bring in some more talent, Matt Hardy, Breg Helms, Chris Benoit, Rey Mysterio, the Mexicools and most of the cruiserweights would be good additions and how about offering at least part time deals to the likes of Mike Awesome, Lance Storm, New Jack, Masato Tanaka, Steve Corino, Jerry Lynn, Mikey Whipwreck, Terry Funk and Tajiri. I would like to see ECW sadopt a sort of TNA style where you have a X-Division of sorts cosisting of the smaller guys who are pure wrestlers, then the extreme matches.

We all want to see Khali get destroyed, but I believe he knows more than a boot, chop, headbutt and chokeslam. He once killed somebody with a flapjack, which is why his moveset is even more limited than his ability. He also knows how to do a gorilla press and a powerbomb, but then again, he would probably get too stiff and literally blow up somebody's heart, which is why I should've never said that.

Back to ECW. It has improved, and the Big Show does fit much better here than he ever did fit anywhere else in his career, though we might not've been able to say the same for the old ECW. Speaking of which, I would just like to state once again that Akira is right. This is not the same as the old ECW, and I don't think Vince ever intended for it to be that way, so let's stop acting like it. On that note, having all the WWE guys pushed like that doesn't bother me that much once that line of thinking is applied.

I can't see all of those switches from Smackdown to ECW, because Vince is not making a TNA product; that would be tantamount to admitting that TNA is better. Nor can I see many, if any, of those old ECW additions, except maybe Terry Funk, New Jack, or Tajiri.

I can see the odd appearance from Storm, Funk, Tajiri, Awesome, Whipwreck and Tanaka. These guys are as far as in know on reasonable terms with WWE and would probably do it for the pay off if nothing else. New Jack would like to be part of the new ECW but i do think he is a little to 'extreme' for what is essentially a WWE production and their is also the matter of his backstage rep which is bound to be a concern for Vince. WWE never seemed to have much interest in Corino or Lynn so these guys will be a long shot at best i know, i wpould just love to see Lynn and RVD go at it one more time, if you think about it they could really push Lynn as the new f'kin show as Paul Heymans protoge. I would seriously move the Mexicools over cos the fact that they couldnt even get a spot on a very weak GAB card shows that WWE does not have any great plans for them. Mysterio i would move over purely because he has been buried as champ on S/D, he would thrive in the ECW envionment and it would be a fresh change for him, i would bring Benoit over as well who is also very stale on S/D. Matt Hardy and Greg Helms are jobbers on S/D and need rescuing fast, in ECW they could team up with they're friend Shannon Moore and maybe even Jeff Hardy if he resigns.

The OMEGA faction, I believe it was already discussed. I can't wait until that actually happens, and they become the lead antagonists (in the philosophy of the new heel character Paul Heyman that thinks he is the messiah and lifeblood of ECW).

As for pushing Lynn as the new f'kin show and Heyman's protege: I think Big Show's in the midst of that push right now in a way, even though they're not exactly calling him that.

But if you think the Mexicools, Rey Mysterio, Chris Benoit, and the four OMEGA boys would be able to all benefit from a shift to ECW at once, then you're wrong. Smackdown is practically dying these days, and the fact that ECW is a one-hour show could get those guys buried in the backburner even worse. Want examples? Check TNA gfor any recent Lance Hoyt, Diamonds in the Rough, or Austin Aries appearances on Impact.
