Several months back during draft time on another website, there was poll done on which Smackdown Superstar needed to go to RAW. To no ones surprise Drew McIntyre was the lead man of the poll; however, I was in a vast minority of people that thought it was a good move.

Drew's fresh start I said repeatedly should have been a face turn since all the way back in November of last year (after he split with Cody) and it looked like for countless times, Micheal Hayes and the Smackdown crew were going to pull the trigger, but then got cold feet for no reason what so ever.

If they have Drew come back to feud with Dolph and Vickie after the events from RAW 2 weeks back, a face turn is possible again. But I would never have that kind of hope at this point.

Quote In an update on Drew McIntyre from RAW, he was not supposed to hit the floor like he did on Monday's RAW. McIntyre was supposed to stay on the stage, not fall off when Mark Henry crashed into he and Big Show. McIntyre ended up smacking his head on the concrete but as noted before, was okay.

I am glad that Drew was alright because that landing looked bad why the fuck he was put in that postition was beyond me and Drew should be getting a push just for dealing with that, it shows thats he a tough guy capable of taking a big bump when needed which is good for ladder matches or other similar gimmick matches.

Drew has barely been on Raw he's mainly been jobbing on superstars and its sad to see how this guy last year seemed like a future top guy but management basically lost interest on him and he's been a jobber ever since.

He could be a strong us title contender but he's barely on raw so he may have to either start up a youtube show and get over with the crowd or he turns face and start over fresh otherwise his career in wwe will be on superstars for a while.

He briefly showed promise when he was in a Elimination Chamber match last year, he hit a series of big moves and looked dominant and the crowd really popped for him. Made me think he could probably get over as a edgy, no-nonsense babyface, similar to Randy Orton.

However I think hes been a jobber for so long now WWE have killed off any credibility he may have once had. I would say his future involves a release and possibly trying to resurrect his career in TNA.

Drew lost his push once Tiffany went wacko and got arrested.  WWE felt the need to punish him.  And for whatever reason they haven't changed their stance on him.  Even after they released Tiffany, and even more recently when it was announced they were getting a divorce.

It's a shame because he's still got a ton of talent within the ring.  He's got a decent look to him and some size.  He mostly needed to work on his promo skills.  But he doesn't get any chance to do that while jobbing on Superstars.

I still think that McIntyre could refire his career in the WWE via the tag team division.  I was hoping that the backstage segments with Vickie Guerrero could be setting him up to join Vickie's stable.

I think Drew and Swagger would still be a better tag team than Ziggler and Swagger.  Ziggler should be the spotlight player in Vickie's stable.  Together they look a like a big rough team.

Would absolutely love to see Drew Mcintyre in TNA and with the way wwe treats him, he might be in TNA before Lockdown 2012.

Shame he is being wasted on Jobberstars

To me it looks like Drew is a victim of WWE's long standing habit of punishing those who's friends screw up.Which is a shame because I look forward to seeing him in the ring. He's a guy who should be on the edge of main eventing by now,not appearing once every few weeks in a backstage segment.

I'm with Fletcher on this. He could be a sneaky bad ass babyface who only thinks of himself, much like Randall does.

He's not even refered to as The Chosen One anymore, which was his moniker that was quietly dropped.

In less than a year he's gone from a good push and being happily married, to being a jobber heading for the divorce courts.

Drew was so much better in SD! I don't understand why they draft him to RAW if he never appears.. he only appears on Superstars to be everybody's jobber Angry. I personally would like to see him leave WWE and go to another company where they do take advantage of him.
