Bryan will never wrestle for wwe again. WWE painted themselves into a corner on that.

The real question is will Daniel Bryan allow himself to be put out to pasture, take the easy money WWE will throw at him by the boatload so they can keep him away from another company? Or will he develop a "bad attitude backstage" and "get heat from Vince" and be "fired" then show up in ROH ready to wrestle as soon as wwe is done sueing him for some reason, "coincidentally" keeping him from wrestling for another company for a few years?

In honesty he's a idiot if he quits WWE so he can wrestle in a bingo hall.

He had a short but eventful WWE career, injuries are part and parcel of being a pro-wrestler, accept it, be grateful for the career you had, the memories and the money and the fact that you can now enjoy a easy life still making top dollar with the biggest wrestling company in the world.

With a family at home he is dumb as shit if he risks serious injury just for a cheap nostalgic pop in a ROH bingo hall.

He wants to wrestle because that is his passion in life. No one has any right to tell him differently. We can pass judgement on him for being a reckless tool, but that amounts to a hill of beans.

No one, not even the WWE will stop him if that is what he really wants to do. The question is can/will Brie talk him out of it. My guess is he will persuade her, rather than the other way around because he is far more intelligent than she.

It looks as though Brie Bella will be standing by her man, regardless of his decision to potentially risk his health more than he already has.

The WWE Superstar and Total Bellas reality star recently appeared as a guest on Busted Open Radio and spoke about the possibility of Daniel Bryan returning to the ring in the future.

As Bella explained during the interview, as long as doctors clear him, she won't be the one to stand in the way of her husband's passion.

"This is my thing, I told Bryan, 'Obviously your health is everything to me... As long as doctors clear you, I'm OK,' because I'm not the type of wife to ever hold back my husband from his dreams at all," said Bella. "And why I fell in love with Bryan, is his passion."

Brie also spoke about Bryan's journey to find a way to get back in the ring, one she claims started the second he was told he had to retire from active competition.

"The moment they told him he could no longer wrestle in the ring, I'm not kidding you, that next day he has done everything to figure out how he can get back into that ring," Bella said. "He's flown all over the United States to do all these different oxygen chambers, all these different things. You can't beat that passion, and that's what I tell him. That right there, that's passion that people will never be taught. I told him, 'Whatever you want to do Bryan, I 100 percent support you.'"

She should be telling him to listen to the company doctors who are the best in the business, instead of trying to give him false hope.

If they want a doctor to clear him that won't be hard. I'm sure somewhere in the world would be a doctor that would clear Stephen Hawking to wrestle if you looked hard enough.

If he returns and it goes tits up it could be something very serious and it's unfair to put pressure on whoever he faces to help look after his broken down body.

You absolutely can't call him an idiot if he chooses to leave for the independence when his contract expires. Of course he has it made in the E with the deal he has but not being able to compete when he personally feels he is capable would be a tough thing for him to deal with. By all reports independent have passed him on an obviously less stringent test.

As much of a fan as I am of him, the idiotic thing he did was refusing to modify his move set even after his health concerns were known.
All Hail Mitchell Johnson and David Warner.

Quote Thanks to Busted Open Radio for sending us the following:

Smackdown Live GM Daniel Bryan sat down with Busted Open at WWE Night at the New Jersey Devils this past Thursday, and we aired our interview with him on the show today. Below are two tweets with the audio of unedited comments by Daniel Bryan on his health and concussions as well as his future.

Bryan says that if he was to get any test back that says he couldn’t wrestle that he wouldn’t because his family is his top priority, but that right now “All the tests that I’m taking are all saying that not only am I good, but better than your average person who’s never had any concussions.”

— SiriusXM Busted Open (@BustedOpenRadio) November 13, 2017

When asked about the possibility of returning to the ring for the WWE or going to a company like Ring of Honor or New Japan Pro Wrestling when his contract with the WWE is up, he says “I think there is an 85% chance that I will wrestle again and a 20% chance that WWE will clear me to wrestle.” He also says that in 2013 he wrestled 227 matches that year for the WWE and that he would never want to wrestle that type of schedule again. He believes if the WWE were to clear him, he would wrestle a much lighter schedule than previously.

In 2013, #SDLive GM @WWEDanielBryan wrestled 227 matches for the #WWE. He says if they were to clear him, they'd likely give him a lighter schedule, but is only 20% confident that he'll be cleared. pic.twitter.com/IiQoowWDjT

Busted Open with Dave Lagreca & co-hosts Bully Ray & Larry Dallas can be heard weekdays from 2p-4p Eastern Time only on SiriusXM Rush Channel 93 and is available any time on demand on the SiriusXM App.

So from that it looks like he's going to be leaving next autumn time to wrestle somewhere outside of E.

Vince would be stupid to risk having another Droz situation if his own personal company doctors he trusts, continue to say to him that Daniel Bryan shouldn't be wrestling.

Bryan could easily earn a seven figure salary outside of E from a very reduced schedule, but the risk you can't put a price on.

So do you think that WWE had Bryan booked to win at WrestleMania in a triple threat match all the way back at SummerSlam?

All indications, from Punk's shoot after he left the company to various possibly semi-kayfabed interviews like with Bryan on Talk is Jericho, as well as other sources I've long since forgotten, seemed to paint a picture that Bryan was booked more of in a wishy-washy fashion because management didn't know how else to handle him.

Frankly that seems a bit naive yet why would CM Punk kayfabe that if he wasn't pulling any punches on anything else he had to say to Colt Cabana?

Had CM Punk not left the wwe in a huff thus freeing up Triple H, where do you think Daniel Bryan would have been booked on the WrestleMania card of 2014. Do you think he would have still been WWE champion?

And if not then do you think WWE only adopted the philosophy of "When the fans want someone be a major star you have to wait until they start to give up before pulling the trigger, otherwise fans tend to react as "hey, we did that, we made that guy a champion. I bet we can do the same for Bo Dallas too!"" After Daniel Bryans success haphazardly fell into their laps?

I find it bizarre that if several Doctors are saying Bryan is super-healthy why is this one WWE affiliated quack saying that he should never wrestle again? Surely medical opinions shouldn’t differ so dramatically. Makes me wonder if Bryan is cleared but WWE just will not take even the smallest of risks when it comes to concussions.

WWE have allowed Kurt Angle back in the ring on a limited basis so I think they should allow Bryan to at least wrestle on a special attraction basis working a few matches per year. Bryan himself has said he won’t do a gruelling schedule again so maybe something similar to what Shawn Michaels and The Undertaker worked in years gone by would suit.

Because the other doctors aren’t employed by WWE. If Bryan wrestled again and gets injured - all they have to do is state facts and those facts being Daniel Bryan was healthy and in good shape.

If a WWE doctor makes that call and he gets injured - they understand the risks far more than your average doctor and would therefore be responsible for putting Bryan at risk.

The WWE doctor would surely be seen as the specialist on this and his/her livelihood would likely be at stake too should they make the wrong call.
