Far too few people tested for the amount of tests that were given.

The virus continues to weaken with infections now way down and deaths going the same way.

NHS England daily figures show one recorded death yesterday in the 59 and under age group.

London has had under 100 daily infections now for a fortnight and 30% of London hospitals haven't recorded a death for days.

Trump has ordered 300 million doses of our Oxford vaccine to get in the queue behind the 100 million we are having made for ourselves. The more countries that order, the more positive people should be that they have heard good things about it.

Still too much scaremongering going on from the press who have brainwashed the country to be scared when Professor Sikora always explains how things aren't as bad as others will have you believe......

It seems some folks actually WANT a second wave. Places were busy for bank holiday and people said a second wave would come which didn't, second wave for packed London transport but no second wave, packed beaches yesterday SECOND WAVE comes the shout but no it won't happen.

You cant be certain it won't happen adders- that is just sheer stupidity on your part

China, Spain, Germany have all had spikes when they eased restrictions whilst the US being the highest effective country have yet to really ease things - they will likely see a spike too.

The media coverage on this has been a joke - ebbing and flowing between over reacting and over exaggerating things to completely underplaying it.

One thing is certain - the Tories will find it difficult to get re-elected based on how they have handled it - from the pandemkc assessment in 2016 to the lack of PPE to the delayed lockdown measures and the confusion in guidelines

You look at countries such as Japan, New Zealand - they have all dealt with it far better than most in Europe with us in the UK being a total embarrassment with our high figures despite lower populations
