Well say whatever you want about this shit, but it has at this point drastically changed our day to day lives. My wife still has to go to work since she works at police headquarters, but they have closed the public counter. The kids are home and adapting to virtual schooling online, and I have very little free time now, and am actually getting into pretty good shape since I have to try and oversee all 3 kids physical education. Since we have an acre and a quarter of land we just do stuff here and play with our new dog we got about 6 weeks ago. He's a great Pyrenees and still a big puppy, though fully grown so he takes a lot of energy and attention too.

WWE really has not adapted well, and I'm only taking cursory notice of it. As I understand today and tomorrow they are recording WrestleMania. Aew is all I'm actually watching. With the dark order finally becoming interesting with the inclusion of Brodie Lee, the debut of Jake The Snake and Lance Archer, and the stuff with Adam Page, as well as the improvements to the women's division, Chris Jericho is barely even on my radar anymore.

Anyway, point is I'm only actually watching AEW because of how well they're adapting to the coronavirus and continuing to develop stories. With as little free time as I have now, conversely opposed to what most people are experiencing with everything getting shut down, I'm busier than ever. In fact, I'm late in getting started this morning and need to get my butt in gear now.

TTYL, stay safe all.

Well South Sudan has now implemented a nationwide curfew and International workers are not allowed to travel out of the State they are currently in which sucks for me as I am only 120km from Juba but I am just over the state line so I am stuck in this tiny ass town.

Still working though and making money. Pretty much sure I will miss my Anniversary on the 29th (Gonna be 3 years married and 3 anniversaries missed). But at least the Wife is not angered about it as she is smart enough to realize it's nobodies fault.

A pub owner across the water from my home town broke the rules on closing bars and had a lock in and posted it all over Social Media got arrested in my home town this morning.

People thinking it's no big deal need a kick in the balls. My cousin has coronavirus (He's a police officer) and is being quarantined. He can't see his kids or wife for the next 14 days
We bashed the door in. The bad guy was a dick. I shot him

We, in the UK, have been put onto a form of lockdown where now we can only leave the house for the following reasons:

Shopping for essentials
Any medical appointment
If we need to go to work and CANNOT work from home
For exercise once per day

There are also restrictions on the number of people that can be seen together. They have applied the rule whereby you should maintain 2m distance from people and if you are out exercising, you should be with 1 other person maximum and they have to be from the same household as you (regardless of if they are family or not).

The trouble is, people here are thick as fuck and wont even abide by them rules so it wont be long before we have military enforced lockdown with stricter measures.

To be fair to the UK government, they are doing all they can for the people, ensuring people are paid, self employed people are paid, interest rates are lowest theyve ever been, parking etc is free for NHS staff, MOT's extended, people given priority for shopping (old/vulnerable people and NHS staff) and a whole host of other measures

It sickens me that people cant/wont do the one thing they ask and thats stay at home

Before I went out last night for an hour to go to the Co-Op and check on my auntie who's got MS, I had only been out of the house for about 15 minutes on Saturday night since about half 4 on Friday.

Apart from it being boring I am doing alright. It's been sad seeing a rise in the number of press reports from people committing suicide unable to cope......

Co-Op had taped crosses on the floor so everyone knows where to stand but I was in after 6 pm long after the idiots we've seen all across the country queuing before 6 am to get in supermarkets. The guy serving was wearing gloves and a mask and a sign was up to avoid paying with cash where possible.

All frozen fish was gone be that own brand or Birdseye. I got the very last item for two different products. Toilet paper shelves were empty and kitchen tuck only had a handful of packs left. Tinned products such as soup didn't fare much better and bread only had about a dozen loafs left.

Better luck tonight for the weekly Morrisons shop.

People are idiotic, these social distancing and isolation measures will save lives and hopefully prevent the spread of corona but moronic people selfishly care more about making sure they are fully stocked on bog rolls for a year and kicking their kids out the house because they can't be bothered to home school or entertain them.

I fully support the PM implementing stricter measures and giving the Police power to remove groups and people without valid reasons to be outside from the streets. I think it needs to be stricter though because people are still too dumb to obey these rules, fortunately supermarkets are really clamping down with arrow markers and only letting small amounts of people in at a time.

It frustrates me that people are so oblivious to this situation, I've been going cycling regularly for exercise, usually out for around a hour, I wear a face scarf to cover my nose and mouth and by cycling I can generally keep a good distance from passer by people anyway. Last time I was out I was locking my bike up for a minute to take a quick stroll on the beach and two blokes walked past me so close they nearly brushed me, that's the kind of idiocy that must have the PM pulling his hair out, it's not hard is it to just keep 2-3 metres from people on the street.

I've actually enjoyed this so far, I work for the railway but as I'm currently in my training period my role isn't essential to the operational needs of the railway yet especially as they are running a 50% timetable and are looking to go to 25%, so it was logical and safer to postpone training until further notice. Anyway this has given me extra quality time at home with my daughter and has given me time to just focus on small things like working on my fitness at home and maybe get a few tasks around the house done.

It's worse for Boris because his young fiance is pregnant so she will need testing too.

He's not getting much sympathy because he's getting tested but our front line NHS staff who are risking their lives doing their jobs have yet to be offered the same opportunity.

Morrisons last night was pretty sound. Security on the door with a one in one out system. Marks on the floor to know where to queue to get in and wipes to clean where you'd handle the trolley. Fruit and veg was being filled to the brim whilst I was there and only tinned beans and tinned peas were unavailable.

The only downside was missing out on a bottle of pop because they had a max 3 limit and I had four. There was no sign mentioning the limit and the four bottles were a mix of three different flavours/brands anyway.

Young lass on the till was weird about it.
