I collect a lot of things.

Puzzles

I absolutely love building puzzles. They're a real brain builder for me, so I try to find ones that are atleast 1000 or more.

Resident Evil & other games

Geez, I pretty much got everything from it. Besides the games, I collect the novels, Japanese books, CDs, action figures, you name it.

I collect a lot of other things for other games like CDs, action figures and books too.

Asian dolls, statues, cups, and jars

I have so many Geisha and Chinese female statues I need a whole house just to store them, lol. I like to collect tea cup sets and jars as well.

Steven, you said you were interested in this. So here's some pics for you. Believe me, I've got more than in these photos. They're just packed away.

Awesome! You got a nice collection of swords there!

I've been collecting my stuff for years now. My parents said it's going to be a pain when I have to move out because there's too much of it. LOL

Don't worry, your hair looks fine. That messy look is the style nowadays. Wink

Yeah, my parents are telling me the same about my swords... Like I´m gonna need a whole truck just to transport the swords... and it´s gotta be labeled a weapons transport... *lol*

Oh yeah, something you can´t see on the pics, All of the swords are blunt. Aside from a few special exceptions, all of the weapons im my collection are. That´s because it´s illegal in Austria to own a sharp sword without permission. Just like with a gun.

I see. Well, all mine are sharp. Don't worry, I don't intend to become Samurai Sam anytime soon. LOL I just like having them for decoration.

Here, you just have to be 21 years of age with a license to buy weapons. Pretty sad how you can get your hands on weapons so easily, huh? They do have background checks, but hey, when you have ID theft, what's the point?

around here it´s waaay more strict.

If you want to buy a gun you have to take a complete psychic evaluation, have to give reasons why you want a gun and what you are going to use it for, then, after you were considered trustworthy enough to buy a gun you have to go to the shooting range and prove that you can handle it, also if there is the slightest doubt that you may have broken any laws more severely than speeding, the license to own a gun is taken again and you have to hand in the weapon.

With swords, it´s not that hard, but you still have to do the psychic eval and all that stuff.

Worth a bump. So does anyone on here collect something? Or collected something in the past before selling your collection?

Watching shows like Pawn Stars and Storage Wars i'm tempted to start collecting football programmes again like I used to before selling for a tidy amount all my none Barnsley ones apart from the odd couple like the village in my town Emley playing at premiership West Ham United in the FA Cup in the 90s, and the first ever competitive match at Pride Park programme against Wimbledon in the premiership.

In places like charity shops and car boot sales, there is always some cheap tat that happens to be worth more than the seller thinks, if you are bright enough to spot it.
