Right a quick christmas update before the big day. I have spent everyday since tuesday drinking. This will probably carry on into the new year knowing me these days. Christmas day dinner is at the sisters and with my three nieces, two nephews, mum, dad, sister and brother in law that's ten of us. Not had a proper meal off my sister in ages but it should taste better now. Then we all go to mine and other family come up for the rest of the day. Always a good day is christmas and i am looking forward to it and really in the spirit this year compared to others.

I had quite a good day. It was my first full Christmas with my Dad since 2000 so it was nice.

Christmas dinner for ten at my sisters was lovely. I have eyes bigger than my belly when it comes to food. Then all the family so a couple twenty odd people came to my house for a big family get together. It was lovely watching my youngest neice and nephew knowing what christmas is for the first time. Late at night saw Webby for a little bit. In general (including new years eve) i drank far too much and i have put on a fair bit around the gut LOL I also met Mrs Webby for the first time and was surprised to find out that he's got a decent girlfriend at last. She is even sicker than my when it comes to camping it up and shit LOL

On Christmas Eve that is. Like do you still have problems getting to sleep in anticipation of the big day so to speak? Or did you when you were younger? And if so, when did you stop?

Me personally i stopped in about 2002. 2001 was my last year because then i was getting a Playstation 2 (still relatively new then remember). Since then ive had a good sleep on Christmas Eve.

* Time to get some festive spirit on the forum with a christmas post lol.

* I hate the saying "Happy Holidays" just to be all PC. It's always going to be CHRISTMAS to me and if other nations, religions etc are offended by that, they can fuck off.

* Got a present off one of my neices the other day. I reckon she will have got me something cool.

* At top of my stairs, there's a massive choice of different alcoholic beverages that need drinking.

Yeah, I can't stand how politically correct the holidays have become. I remember when I worked at Suncoast, I wasn't allowed to say Merry Christmas anymore because heaven forbid it might offend someone. Bullcrap!

There isn't actually anything I want for Christmas, due to myself already buying it or it not being available until next year.

I always get excited for Christmas, except maybe this year because I already know what I'm getting, lol. I'm trying to think of the years I was most excited. It was probably the years I got my Playstation 1, PS2 and Gamecube. I ended up play REmake, RE0 and RE Code Veronica X all day long.

Right peeps (you can blame Rock Mark in his Facts for this being bumped lol) it's getting closer so.....

1) Anyone getting an advent calendar? You can't be too old for them lol.

2) Anyone thought about presents yet? Far too early in my book.

3) Anyone got any plans? I think i'm at sisters which is a pub that's shut for the day so be like a closed door family day in a pub.
