couldn't really be bothered with the hypocrisy of the promo.

Punk has hardly taken his ball and left. even if you stick to the kayfabe side of Punk's absence, he made out he felt dejected and like he wasn't what he claimed to be.

fact is, there was never really any doubt that Punk would return, if able, at Payback. if WWE are smart, they will build around it to an extent, as more people are likely to buy it for Punk's return match than Cena's demolition of another guy that could potentially have been a main event guy.

A great comedy segment that was wasted on the ap and should have been on Raw instead of his match.

I'd be using Chris to get 3MB over as a babyface group despite him taking them all out on Raw.

Next week i'd book him to apologise to them for taking them all out and give them another chance to impress him.

I'm disappointed that it wasn't made into a 6-man match. WWE is supposedly build up the Usos (again) so Jericho should have teamed with them to face 3MB.

That or Slater should have stolen Jericho's light-up jacket after the match. Then they could have the 6-man match on SmackDown.

Am I the only one not stoked for the Jericho/Wyatt feud? I was marking when Jericho interrupted The Miz last night. I really was hoping to see a Miz/Jericho program.

Glad to see Jericho back. And I'm hoping he'll talk about his run twice a week on his latest Talk is Jericho podcasts, but man... him and Wyatt just doesn't seem to work for me. They'll have to sell me on it.

I would´ve enjoyed a Miz/Y2J Program too, Rico, but I definately can get into Y2J/Wyatt too. Both Jericho and Bray are great Promo guys, both can go in the ring and have a very different set of styles that they need to make mesh, but both also have that ability. So yeah, Miz/Y2J would´ve been fun, Bray vs. Jericho will be too, I reckon.

That said, you know WWE´s fickleness. Who says that Miz won´t stay in this feud and get onto Jericho aditionally to bray and Bray won´t focus back on Sheamus halfway through?

I would love to see WWE make Jericho into a heel wannabe rock n roll legend type character and have him recruit a few interference runners like 3MB, personally his current bland PG-Y2J character does not interest me at all and I wasn't exactly overjoyed to see his latest return, I was actually more interested in Miz coming back with a revamped character.

His feud with Bray Wyatt doesn't excite me much either, I would like to see it go a double-turn route with Bray turning face which we all know will happen eventually and Jericho turning heel.

Yeah, Miz killed it so good I was actually hoping for Miz/Jericho instead of Jericho/Wyatt. Although I'm sure Wyatt and Jericho will be good.

That was probably the highlight of Raw last week thanks to the known on screen chemistry Chris and Stephanie have.

It was nostalgic like going back ten years watching Jericho rip the piss out of Steph like he used to.

It was nice to see him do some light hearted stuff alongside his current fued.

I stand by what I said about last weeks Raw; this match should have gone on free TV, not the PPV. especially with what happened to Reigns, it would have meant more time to some of the better matches of the PPV, as this match, the US title match, and the Rusev Henry match were boring as fuck.

it was a very weak reason for a PPV match; too random, and no real follow-up on the knee injury to play a part in the feud.

Chris Jericho at the moment is the best thing on Raw and i'm not just saying it to avoid being put on his hillarious list LOL

He's shown what a skilled veteran he is to be so over away from the main event scene and without a title. Many need one or both of those things to stay relevant, but he knows how to with zero help.

It will be a shame if he's leaving again soon because would be significantly weakened.
