So many fresh good matches Brock could have that we've not seen before. Strowman wouldn't be one.

At Wrestlemania there is so many opponents to put him up against. Jericho, Dolph, Owens, Bray etc.

This seems like a fake rumour put out by E insiders to wind us up....Hope so anyway.

If I had to make a short-list of opponents for Brock at Wrestlemania based on who should be available it would go like this.....

Kevin Owens
Daniel Bryan
Bray Wyatt
Randy Orton
Batista
Ryback

Of those obviously there is still a question mark over the fitness of Bryan, same with Orton, then Batista is possibly not available or even willing to work the event, Ryback I would love but realistically he would need some rebuilding before being ready for Brock. So that leaves Owens and Wyatt, reports say WWE are not considering KO for a Lesnar match, I think it would be great but part of me also thinks Owens could use another 6 months to a year to really establish himself as headline material on the main roster and then have the match with Brock. So that really leaves Bray Wyatt, it would be a decent match and would go a long way to establishing Bray in the upper tier of WWE, he would probably lose but as long as he puts in a strong showing it could then result in a face turn for Bray and a bigger push.

That sounds pretty realistic to me too. It doesn't excite me a whole lot but maybe for once wwe can sell me on something at the Rumble.

After the Royal Rumble it's pretty obvious it's Bray vs Brock at Wrestlemania, I'm happy with this, interesting contrast of styles and the promo work between Wyatt and Heyman should be entertaining.

Most will expect a Brock win but this is a opportunity to finally hand a big win and a decent rub to Bray, getting a pinfall over Lesnar will be huge for him, even if it's not clean which it almost certainly wouldn't be.

Quote For those who are wondering, here’s an updated list of dates for WWE Universal Champion Brock Lesnar’s schedule with the WWE for next year:

* January 1st: RAW in Miami

* January 8th: RAW in Memphis

* January 28th: Royal Rumble in Philadelphia

* February 26th: RAW in Anaheim

* March 30th: live event in Boston

* April 8th: WrestleMania 34 in New Orleans

Missing as champion two weeks in a row leading into the biggest event on the road to Wrestlemania? That's shit.

Missing for four weeks straight after the Royal Rumble, maybe he's losing the title there?

Then he's got a house show match to get some ring rust off for Mania and then no dates after Mania because there he will have a rematch, lose and leave the company?

Brock not working the 25th anniversary Raw? That's incredibly surprising to me.

Pretty much confirms he won’t be defending at Elimination Chamber and his final defence before Wrestlemania will be at the Royal Rumble.

I’m a Lesnar fan and I understand he’s a draw and as I’ve said countless times I like the important status and big fight aura he brings to the World title picture with his sporadic appearances, but he’s not around nearly enough and I hope this is the last time they put the title on him for a lengthy reign, if they want to make him champ fine but then he works each Raw PPV or he drops the belt before going on hiatus.

The thing is he can’t really brag about his long title reign when during that time he’s probably defended the title less than someone who held the belt for half the time.

Quote Source: The Wrestling Observer

According to sources, Brock Lesnar’s current deal with WWE may be extended until August of 2018. Lesnar’s contract expires in April, but it has clauses that could wind up extending it into the summer months.

While there has been some speculation regarding Lesnar leaving WWE and returning to the UFC to fight Jon Jones, the length of Lesnar’s deal and the fact that both Lesnar and Jones are serving long-term MMA suspensions for anti-violations, it’s very unlikely that a fight between the two men will happen anytime soon.

So if it's extended until Summerslam that means he might hold the title until then Sleepy

I don't think the extension will happen, because that would mean Brock having to work in the months after Wrestlemania and before Summerslam, which he barely ever does.

I don't see E paying him for an extra four months just for him to return to drop the title at Summerslam after a four month rest.

I hope he doesn't hold the title until then, they've built him up too much ever since he beat Undertaker back at WM 30 and now beating everyone with one F5 when he himself has taken multiple finisher (cocquinla clutch, Running Powerslam, etc)

I just want him to lose to Reigns and never ever hold the world title again he's a part timer and an attraction so let him be as such.

Frankly I am surprised he actually worked as many PPV's as he did in 2017 when the last time he held the world title he only worked 2 PPV's after WrestleMania

Quote While it is still up in the air whether Brock Lesnar will sign a contract extension with WWE or return to UFC, those close to the situation feel that he's UFC-bound once his WWE committments are wrapped up.

-- Lesnar is obviously a master at leveraging UFC and WWE against one another in contract negotiations but the fact that was seen in a picture with UFC's Dana White doesn't reveal his intentions one way or another.

-- The photo itself - if it wasn't to be used as a bargaining chip or for negotiation purposes - would not have gotten out so it's fairly obvious what the purpose was. Three years ago, there was a good chance that Lesnar was going to leave WWE for UFC, yet the situation ended up seeing him re-up with WWE for three more years.

Same old Lesnar using one company against the other, before he no doubt signs back up with E.

If he goes back to UFC he won't be champion again and being in the ring with younger guys could put him in serious issues.

He's barely done MMA for years, is much older now and his original health issue will always be around. He is too smart to accept full time UFC.
