I'm honestly most interested in seeing what Brock's face will look like on Raw this Monday.

Brock has shortened and his opponents odds have lengthened since the pic earlier in this thread which either means......

1) Brock was overpriced by bookies to begin with.

2) Wrestling fans are simply backing "one of their own".

Brock is still the outsider. With his advancing years, known health issues and being out action for so long i'd say it's a big ask for him to win, but hope he does.

Advancing age? He's four years younger than Mark Hunt.

Do you actually know anything about Hunt or are you basing your opinion entirely on Lesnar without taking his opponent into account at all?

I based it on many factors including......

1) It being the first fight of Brock in years.

2) How many fights Hunt has had since Brock last fought.

3) The major health issues Brock has had.

I doubt it will be his last fight in UFC now. He's bound to fight again. Shame with only three rounds that even if every judge says you won, 2 rounds to 1 doesn't look as convincing.

It was a convincing win though. I said it when the fight was announced, Hunt's chance was to knock Brock the fuck out. If it went to a wrestling game Brock was going to dominate, time away from MMA or not. That's exactly what happened. You hand Lesnar a heavy-handed striker, this is exactly what the fight will look like every time, if they want an actual interesting match they need to give him a wrestler.

Reports are surfacing that Brock is back in the USADA testing pool. In addition to that, it appears as though he informed WWE that he won't be re-signing after WrestleMania.

If Brock wants to fight again, it should not be in the UFC. Rather, it should be Bellator, who appears to be in the 1991/1992 WCW phase where they're signing guys who would be the wrestling equivalent of Rick Rude and Jake "The Snake" Roberts, and things could start to get real interesting when really big names jump over, which seems inevitable. Is Jon Jones happy in UFC? McGregor? It doesn't seem like it. Either Lesnar or one name like that, and the floodgates will open. Either one of those two or signing Lesnar would be a great start for having that long stretch of better buyrates and ratings than the UFC.

Bellator is also not a complete sham as UFC has proven to be, and them signing Lesnar would then establish them as the WCW of MMA, where they're going after all these big name fighters. They've already got Ortiz, Rampage, Wanderlei, Shamrock, Kongo, Fedor, Nelson etc.

Brock/Fedor and Brock/Shamrock would both be big money fights and would easily outdraw anything the UFC has done in the past 10 years. And then there's the Brock/Lashley fight that could make the company good money.

We'll see at Summerslam I guess. If he's told them he isn't going to sign back up they'll be pulling the title off him surely?
