Braun is injured but to my knowledge he's not out. His match with Corbin is still expected to go ahead.

Quote In an update to an earlier post, Dave Meltzer noted on Wrestling Observer Radio that Braun Strowman is undergoing elbow surgery as he is dealing with bone spurs in his right elbow .

-- Meltzer added that it's "not a bad deal" and his elbow obviously isn't shattered but his match against Baron Corbin at next month's TLC is "touch and go" but would ultimately depend on the seriousness of the surgery.

I haven't ever been a fan of Corbin and talked down about him plenty on here. But injurying a top tier babyface before you face them on PPV is a new low.

Hopefully he's OK for TLC but it's not worth risking him in the match if Braun isn't fully healed.

E need him fit and well going in to the most important third in the calendar from the start of next year.

So that promo... yikes... He really shit the bed there. I doubt we'll see him make a mistake like that again though, or we might see him again after that.

Definitely wasn't strownmans best work but everyone makes mistakes he will be fine next time he's got a mic.

I hope he's cleared to bump soon people want to see these him and Lesnar tear each other apart and hopefully that's what we will get.

Quote Braun Strowman comes out to the ring to kick off RAW. Braun cuts a promo on Brock Lesnar until Baron Corbin comes out to interrupt. Strowman tells him he's heard enough, and he leads the crowd in a "you got fired" chant. Baron continues talking until Strowman hops out of the ring and chases Corbin back through the curtain. The camera cuts to the back and we see Strowman looking for Corbin. Strowman gets into a confrontation with the Singh Brothers before storming off to continue looking for Corbin. Elias is playing his guitar and sings next to where Strowman is searching. Elias sings that Corbin is hiding in the limo in the parking area. Strowman runs over and trashes the limo until Corbin gets out. Vince McMahon walks over and sees Strowman trashing his limo. Vince doesn't look pleased, and we go to commercial.

- Back from the break, Braun is trying to re-attach the limo door he ripped off, as Vince looks unimpressed. Vince says Braun thinks he's some kind of woolly mammoth or human wrecking ball. Vince strips Braun of his Universal Title shot as punishment, and walks off. Braun is not pleased, and he flips over the limo and storms off.

- We see Braun being escorted out of the arena by security with his bags. Corbin is watching and laughing to himself.

Glad he's been removed from the title picture. His monster angry cartooney persona isn't main event worthy.

He'd have been great with his limit ring/mic ability in the mid 90s due to his size and larger than life character.

Nowadays though times have changed and he should be higher midcard at best.

Not sure what he did that was so horribly wrong last week, the way people were talking I expected him to have completely fucked up his lines or nervously stuttered through the whole thing, all I saw was a little bit of awkward pausing where Braun had possibly forgot his lines, but otherwise nothing that terrible happened, it was a very routine promo but people are shouting like it was a contender for worst segment of the year.

Agree with Fletch Braun isn't the first guy to forget a promo everyone has forgotten something from John Cena to Randy Orton to Roman Reigns.

I understand this was done so that Braun doesn't lose to Lesnar again but the reality this was Brauns time and we need a full time universal champ.

It also makes thinks there is a possiblity of Braun being in the royal rumble and winning it to win the title at wrestlemania instead.
