Booker is going to wrestle.
I know.
Look at CM Punk.
He was 1st Anouncer but then he started again wrestle.
I wouldn't be suprised if he starts wrestle again.

Actually, bro, Booker vs. Edge actually did happen once, at WrestleMania X8.

Focusing on the matter of what Booker is doing right now, I actually find it pretty cool the way he's just denigrating and trashing
Michael Cole. Booker actually looks like a guy who's enjoying his job and who's enjoying owning a little annoying stringbean, like JBL before him. As opposed to Jerry Lawler, who comes across like just as much of a penitent worm as Cole except on the other side, and now even an opportunistic glory hog to boot - as a face. Cole's always best when he's trying to bounce off somebody who's fabulously ragging on him anyway.

I don't know when Booker's gonna start wrestling again, but personally I'm enjoying what we're getting so far on the table.

He really sounded like he had no idea what he was talkling about for about 60 percent of the show. I thought it was funny when Cole would call him out.

BOOKER: Rey seems to be caught in the ropes.

COLE: Great observation, Booker.

The guy seemed nervous to me. His first line was like "Kelly Kelly has to have a reason." It was like he was sitting there and was like "Oh, shit, I better say something." Also, Cole made some very valid points that Booker could only really dispute by calling Cole a piece of shit. Josh Mathews literally held the commentary together (and deserves credit for doing so without making it all about him).

That being said, it was only his first time.

yeah, Josh Matthews did a great job that night.  It was funny though when he and Booker would talk without involving Cole.  Reminded me of the Old School RAW when JR came out to call the Swagger/Bryan match and he and King discussed the match without involving Cole.  Cole acted like a pure ass that night too and it was funny when JR hit him in the head with his hat before leaving.

He just seemed like he didn't want to actually call anything. I can imagine Vince ear-raping him in the headset towards the end until he actually did some work.

But let's be honest, ANYONE is better than Matt Striker. That guy fucking sucked.

IDK, Striker does suck at commentary, but Scott Stanford or whatever the hell the guys name is on wwe Superstars may be the worse! Booker T did fine at the end of it!

Anybody? ANYBODY?

So you would rather have Stanford or Adamle (Jeff Harvey, anybody?) on commentary than Striker?
Honestly, Id rather have Striker over Matthews any day.

But Booker is a very good replacement. The guy is a gem on commentary, but not comparing him to when Punk had a temporary seat at the table on Raw.
If Booker wants a Lawler-type role, he would be better at occasional in-ring appearances than Lawler would.

Adamle was funny though, Striker is just pretentious and tries too hard to be smark-friendly.
