Quote From Jim Ross Website

Really loved Alicia Fox' performance on RAW as her post match antics were eye opening and showed just how marketable the lovely young woman can be if she is cast properly and she raises her game as she did tonight. Minutes Maximized.

The other week she was babyface so I must have missed her latest heel turn.

I see creative went with the typical stereotype of black woman stealing.

Although JBL didn't seem to mind too much that she took his cowboy hat.

Yeah I was pretty happy with the diva's match last night. Alisha Fox was really the star though. They gave her time on the mic! Can't believe it! And she was pretty good too! She got herself heat, finally brought out fan support for Paige (yes that was Fox that did it, not Paige), and then got even more heat for herself with her temper tantrum at the end of the match.

All in all I'm thoroughly impressed with her performance, and applaud that not only did she do what she did, but that WWE gave her the chance to do it too.

Now, if only The É could do that on a regular basis and also allow the females to do their thing both on a mic AND in a ring, The Division would be much better off.

Sadly, I wasn't home to catch the match or the promo before it, but I watched it on the app and I was surprised. I didn't know Foxy had that much charisma.... I didn't know she had ANY charisma. AND she got Paige over, something the WWE has struggled to do with the odd booking that clashed with her character and the nice little video packages.

Yeah what the hell is up with the way they're pushing Paige? She's supposed to be the anti-diva, and WWE is pushing her as the face of the Divas everywhere? Come on man, what kind of stupid shit is that? Call her a renegade champion, call her a disappointment to divas everywhere, and plant the seeds for fans to take up the torch that she's what the divas division should be. Push her like Daniel Bryan got pushed.

What's even worse with how they're handling Paige is that Fox dominated Paige all match long, then Paige hits her finisher and the match is over like that. It was even worse than Cena's 5 moves of doom after selling all match long.

Paige's career up to this point has looked great, but since getting on the main roster, it's really taken a sharp left turn, and it's killing all her momentum and the fans will turn on her soon if they don't fix it.

Fox was absolutely the star last night.

What are you talking about? She's played a heel for over a year now. The problem is that Alicia Fox does a ton of publicity/charity appearances for WWE, so she's out there a lot being a good sport IRL.

I was reminded of the personality she used to display back on Superstars (when it was WGN America.) The Divas matches were given more time, so Alicia Fox was able to do what she does best... strut around being sassy-snotty. So I'll given WWE props for given the match the time to do that. But the match itself was junk. It was in the post-match that Alicia totally shined.

Too bad that Paige isn't the one that came away with the spotlight. This match was set-up like another easy Paige win, but Alicia stole the limelight (and JBL's hat.)

But I'm guessing that this is the beginning of a Alicia-Paige feud. In which case, I'm hoping that Alicia cheats big time and wins the title. That might get the crowd to empathize with Paige a bit and help to get her over as she chases after the butterfly.

In multiple diva tag matches she's been put on what you'd consider the face team.

If she's always had this amount of personality why has it taken years and years for her to be allowed to show it?

She's been around ages so I doubt it's a new thing.

Alicias huff at the end was amazing and she Stole JBL's hat which was a nice touch, I would have like Paige to of had a bit more offense before grabbing the win, The Fluke over AJ was the right way to do it but I think now they should be building her as a force in the Divas division.

However I forgot how good Alicia is in the ring and that was a good showing and Hopefully they can have a decent fued with some staying power and when AJ returns she can slot in and we can have a good ol tussle for the title.
Y'know what?....It's really fucking hot here in Africa. Who knew?....Well me, I have been doing this for almost 5 years

Spit-balling here, so bear with me, but maybe the divas have just felt defeated? I mean when it comes to Raw they get no time, and what time they do get usually sucks because they can do any amount of storytelling.

Since Paige has become champion there has been marked increase in time for the divas division. This past Raw there were two divas matches, and IMO Alicia Fox stole the show. Perhaps they really are trying to revitalize the division, and the divas themselves are pushing themselves to prove they're worth the extra time in the show?

/shrug

Maybe?

Doesn't explain why your hero Natalya had such a shit match though.

Alicia Fox annoys the fuck out of me, and not in a good way. Everything she does is awful. Par for the course for the Divas I guess. Paige is fucking terrible on the mic too, she's lucky she's good to look at. God I hate women's wrestling.

That's how we differ because seeing her again on a regular basis being pushed just reminds me how bad I remember her LOL

Already the crowds seem quite bored of her Solange Knowles parody.

Fairplay to the dude who took the wedgie because that will have been uncomfortable.
