bad news, specs say no Wireless LAN, and no Samsung connectivity.

there is a dongle: http://www.samsung.com/uk/consumer/tv-audio-video/tv-av-accessories/tv-accessories/WIS12ABGNX/XEC but it doesn't have that model down as a compatable BR player, however, that might be down to the BR being a later model than the ones listed, and it not being updated, so it might be worth checking out, if you want to spend the £40 on it.

nothing recent on the WWE Network in the UK, but with WWE having announced October 1st as the roll-out day, and Sky not having put anything about the Network being connected to them in any way, shape or form, it should mean that it will come to all smart devices.

Yeah I remember now I skipped on the wireless version because it cost more and at the time I didn't need a wireless feature.

Never mind as you say in this day and age it's not difficult to add wireless connectivity to any device, might look into a dongle.

will want to experience it in any form that they can including the
Network which I personally enjoy.

Seems that this is the time for WWE upper mgmt to rely on
those with extensive product knowledge and less on the creative types
whose strengths are seemingly writing promos and campy skits. There are
some excellent 'wrestling people' there than can and should step up and
express themselves.

The Network has plenty to watch, but not enough hours in the day to watch the stuff regularly. But even if you just watch the PPV you get your monthly worth.

I'm not sure why every country should pay 9.99 of their currency. That makes fans in different countries worth different amounts.

All fans should be treated equally so the USA price should be converted into the currencies in the rest ofthe world.

I'm happy to pay around £6-7 per month for it even though I would likely just watch the PPV's and nothing else, for that price it's worth it just for the monthly shows and I don't mind a small fee to save me the hassle of looking for reliable downloadable versions.

As I said earlier though the deal breaker for me is if the network will be available on tv set-top boxes and smart devices like blu-ray players etc, I can't be arsed to keep attaching my laptop or tablet to my TV and it often effects the quality doing it that way as well.

They made a deal with Samsung so it's on all smart TVs, plus PS3/4 if you have one.

Dunno what the UK version will be like cuz I'll carry on watching the USA one, more choice and all.

My tablet is also a Samsung Galaxy tab3 edition so might be a way of linking the devices wirelessly but ideal scenario would be installing a version of the WWE app onto the blu-ray player onto the smart menu for use.

That's the tablet I use too, and the WWE Network won't work with it. Bullshit. Really pisses me off.

But since I'm ok with watching the network on either my computer or on my wife's Kindle Fire for most occasions like NXT or the stray old PPV, and then once a month I hook up my wife's laptop to the TV in the living room for the monthly PPV, it's really not much of an issue for me.

The thing that gets me though is when I have to travel and I want to watch the WWE network on the go, then I'm SOL because my tablet isn't compatible.

like I say, Sky haven't announced that they will be involved in the Network in any shape or form. since it is going to be available on platforms such as console and online, and not linked to Sky, that should mean it will have the same content as the US Network, as unlike with Netflix or Amazon, there are no licensing issues, since the company that has made the content is the company running the streams.

So I just downloaded an update to the wwe network on my tablet, a Samsung Galaxy Tab3, and now I am able to watch the pre-recorded content instead of just the live shows only. Pretty happy about this.

Also, I guess last night (Friday night) was the first night for The Monday Night War, so I will be watching that next.

Advertised on RAW, the WWE Network will has now added two new features to its expanding library.

The first 100 hours of WCW Monday Nitro and also, the best WWE RAW episodes from the Attitude Era called "RAW ATTITUDE".

Rico should be happy about the first one, makes me want to get it even more now.

Starts next week. Can't wait. Nitro during its first couple of years was the WWF I grew up loving only with guys like Sting, Flair and Luger and Big Show around too, and also with a pre-show of guys like eddie benoit jericho mysterio etc. I was in love with the product then and can't wait to see guys from the wwf mixed with the wcw newbs.

From a tv only perspective, wcw was so vastly superior it wasn't even funny.

Does anyone know how much bandwidth and data I'd need to watch the ppv's?

Got access to bt wifi at work atm but might have to rely on my 4G in future.

It says it requires 1.5 mbps, but I only get 1.2 and it's frequently enough, including during Wrestlemania. Though, I think during Summerslam I had a shit ending to the PPV as a result of my own ISP taking a crap. /shrug
