Hate to say it but think this forum might be dying, pretty much just four regular posters now. Does seem that wrestling forums in general are dying though, I blame Facebook groups and so forth, there's another wrestling forum I post on now and again, mostly went there for TNA chat but don't watch that anymore, anyway they get crazy traffic but a huge chunk of the activity is in non-wrestling sections and a lot of the wrestling stuff is pointless threads like who hates Roman Reigns or who thinks Paige is hot and other such crap.

Sad but true there Fletch. I've been trying to get some activity going but yeah people aren't interested at the moment, even Adders is dwindling.

I think a lot of people just like to read about what the average joe is saying, and they can easily do that on facebook. if there's a few comments they want to make facebook is good for that too. The only thing a forum really does better is allow you get to know a smaller group of people better, and even that's questionable if you get into facebook groups.

I still don't like facebook though. I've been posting more and more on Botchamania's Official Facebook page, and Heelbook as well, but I don't know of many real wrestling fan groups...

Doesn't TUP have a facebook group?

Perhaps that might be an easier way to grow?

We have facebook and twitter but that would require Adders to do some extra work LOL

Forums are kind of dying in general. It sucks, but it's true. We need to get some of the old gang back here, along with some new fucks. Also, I've been saying for about 5 years that this place needs to be updated. It looks like this forum was made in fucking 1999.

We need to do something that's a focal/selling point too. We can use Ticket Wars as a big selling point then have wrestling discussion as the side show, or we offer up article writing or doing the in-thing which is podcasts.

A lot of forums use media links as a selling point, posting up HD links for downloads of Raw, Smackdown and PPV's, people will google for downloads and then come across the forum, if they post or not is a different story.

There is that but the traffic is what we need, even if one or two people post on a regular basis it will help. Plus you can always do what other forums do and say you need x amount of points to access this forum LOL
